We do offer rush service, but rush fees are not sold on Shopify.

To request a rush, please email us and include all of the following in one message:

Subject line: RUSH REQUEST – Order #_____ – Needed by ____

Include in the email:

1. Your full order details (what you purchased)
2. Your Shopify order confirmation/number (screenshot or PDF)
3. Your deadline (exact date & time you need it)

Same-Day Rule:
Rush requests must be emailed the same day the order is placed.
If you wait 1–2 days after ordering to request a rush, we cannot accept the rush.

Priority:
Once paid, your rush order is moved to the front of the queue and produced within the confirmed deadline (subject to availability at the time of your email).

🎨 Revisions

• Every design includes 2 free revisions
• Additional edits or full redesigns are available as paid add-ons

🚫 Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once design begins
• Please double-check your spelling, details, and sizes before submitting your order
